How the work gets done.
Agents help with speed and consistency. People keep it accountable. Here's where one hands over to the other.
Five hand-offs, one brief
From screening to deliverables, with a record you can explain later.
- 01
Once we open: you will send the use case.
Who uses it, what data it touches, which vendor, what decision it informs, and when you need an answer. We will screen for conflicts before we look at anything confidential.
- 02
Once we open: agents will do the groundwork.
We review your brief. With your permission in your engagement terms, our AI tools may help with that review and produce the first pass: a research memo with citations, a data map, a financial model, first drafts. Nothing will reach you at this stage.
- 03
Once we open: people will make the calls.
A human lead in legal, finance or technology reviews agent output before it goes to a client, decides what matters, shapes the strategy and stays your point of contact.
- 04
Who will provide legal services.
Legal services will be provided by Lex Cryptographia Pty Ltd trading as Autono Legal, an incorporated legal practice, on Australian matters only. Eli Bernstein, Australian legal practitioner, will be responsible for them.
- 05
You will get the work and the record.
Versioned deliverables, plus a trail of what the agents drafted, what people changed and what was issued.
What our agents don't do
Sign or issue advice
Talk to you without a person reviewing first
Decide what's in scope, what's risky, or what you should do
Work on your confidential information before we've confirmed we can act
