Confirm the services
We will confirm whether you provide designated services, then look at your risk assessment, CDD, training log and compliance officer position.

Fixed-fee pack
We will draft your AML/CTF program: risk assessment, CDD procedures, training record and officer arrangements, tailored to your services.

Lawyer review and limited-scope sign-off
An Australian practising lawyer will review the pack and give a limited-scope sign-off, set out in a written engagement letter before any work starts.

First month of monitoring
One month of check-ins to keep the program in use. Afterwards you will be able to take an optional fractional compliance officer retainer, or stop.
APP Privacy Pack
Privacy policy + collection notice + data breach response plan, aligned to the Australian Privacy Principles. To be provided by Lex Cryptographia Pty Ltd trading as Autono Legal. It will be lawyer-reviewed and limited in scope, with the same engagement letter process as the AML pack, and optional when you take AML Fix & Keep.
